We started our business in the early 1990s with supplying only Heat Exchanger gaskets. After evolving for nearly 3 decades, you can now find gaskets and seals for way more than Heat Exchangers and different industries and various devices are available too.
Static seals are available in different designs, such as o-ring, back ring, flange seal or round cords, as well as made from different materials, including NBR, FKM, EPDM and the high performance FFKM material. Static seals are available as standard solutions or custom-manufactured for the application in question.
Radial shaft seals are also available in different designs and materials as standard products or as made-to-measure solutions, with spring-loaded sealing lips or without springs, PTFE seals for high resistance and low friction, combined seals with additional functionalities or increased resistance to dirt ingress, rubber or PTFE radial seals for pivoting shafts
The NR MARINES Seals Type 9X Mechanical Seals as an example are robust, general purpose, parallel spring, pusher type Mechanical Seals, designed to suit standard metric and imperial housing dimensions, that are commonly found in the marine industry. These are a direct replacement for John Crane®, Flexibox® Types R00, R10, R20 and R30 series, together with Pillar® US1, US2 and US3 series (CGU).
